The very first time I came to the inspection, they said, “Welcome to your house” — and weirdly enough, it really felt like it. That moment kind of stuck with me. And now, it is my house! Throughout the whole process, they were super responsive, helpful, and always made time for my (many) questions. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were when giving advice — nothing was rushed or pushy, just really grounded and clear.Buying a home can be stressful, but these two made it feel smooth!
Trent's knowledge on the market is second none. I initially engaged Trent as I had seen his previous sales in the area and noticed he was leading the pack. Trent walked me through the entire process, was completely transparent and provided me consistent updates as they rolled on through. Vivian’s Realestate were professional from the first meeting with their proposal for sale, to hand over.We chose their top package for advertising and were very impressed with the results. Trent is a natural with the video presentation.Gill, Trent and their great team, kept us well informed throughout the process and we knew well in advance what to expect.Vivian’s achieved a great result for us and we would happily recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a property.
Trent was excellent at keeping us informed all the way through the offer and acceptance process. The process was run fairly, and when it came to signing the offer, Trent took the time to go through the contract with us, to ensure we understood what we were signing. This was nice, and not really see with other agents. After acceptance Trent and team were really helpful in assisting us to organising everything (building inspection, final inspection, etc.).
Trent and the team at Vivian’s were unbelievable through the entire process of buying my first property. They talked me through the whole process and always answered questions with solutions and answers that were extremely helpful. Thanks heaps guys, can’t wait to work with you more moving forward
