Love my new Volvo! I’ve been a Lexus girl for 20 years.. but my Volvo is smoother and faster ride, comfortable interior, but it feels like a sports car! The salesman, CJ.. was kind and patient teaching me the tech stuff. I’m excited! Thanks Volvo!
Service department is efficient and friendly. The waiting area is pleasant. Service technician sent me all work completed via a video, which was nice to have. I spoke with sales while there about a possible trade and their information was precise, without feeling pressured. I highly recommend Volvo of Memphis.
Excellent service techs, very nice facilities which allows me to work while I wait, or if I want, I can get a quick shuttle to a local restaurant to grab a bite while my car is being serviced.
Just as important in choosing the right dealer to purchase a car, it is equally important to choose the right service department. I recommended my service department because of the high level of comfort that the work will be done correctly the first time and at a reasonable price.
