Not sure who to address this concern with so hoping it gets traction here. I have a coolant leak that requires the dealer to diagnose. Today is 8/17 and the earliest appointment available for service is 9/15 per the answering service. I was able to find an earlier appointment for 9/1 via the web appointment tool. This is my first service appointment experience since I’m a new Volvo owner and concerned with extended service delivery times, particularly when the issue needs to be remedied sooner than later.
