RecommendedThe service department was prompt and completed my vehicle within the allotted time they provided. I owned a Range Rover before we bought our Volvo and anytime I would take it for service it would always come back vacuumed and cleaned. I was debating between the XC40 and another vehicle brand. James greeted me and I told him what I was doing! He encouraged me to compare and come on back and buy the XC40! He told me that he was that confident that I would choose the XC40! Well, he was right! I have ALWAYS dreaded to go to car lots to look at vehicles. I have always felt like I was paying more than I should or they were trying to sell me something I really didn’t want...BUT my experience with Volvo was outstanding. I was able to do a lot of my negotiating over the phone with Brian Moore and it made things so much easier and he was so easy to deal with.
