RecommendedThe service department is always very helpful. I would never drive anything but a Volvo. I’ve had 2. I don’t have a lot of trouble with my car. If you take care of your car and take it in for its check ups it makes a difference!!

I talked to Derek before coming in and he went through the process of my 150,000 mile service. He made sure when I came for the actual service, to explain the process and price. He also made sure that I wouldn’t have to stay all day at the dealership, and provided a loaner. I have had great service with Volvo since 1990, and 5 new cars. I will certainly purchase my next car from Volvo of Memphis and I know I will continue to receive great service. Thanks to Derek for making my service an awesome one.

Love everything about Volvo of Memphis, but especially the Service Department. Eric Gibbs, my service advisor, is top notch. Eric is very professional in every aspect of his job, and goes above and beyond to make sure all of his customers are satisfied. I have driven Volvo’s my entire driving life…and that’s a very long time.

I’ve been taking my Volvo to Volvo of Memphis for about 9 years and have been satisfied with the work done. The Customer Service team is always friendly and knowledgeable. The work done is done effective, even though it is pricey. I like the lifetime guarantee on part replacements. When they finish the work, my car is always washed. I highly recommend Volvo of Memphis if you have a Volvo. I live my car!
