I went in to have my rear wiper arm and blade replaced. Easy in and out in less than an hour. On the way home the wiper blade flew off the back! An honest mistake - but when I called Taylor was so helpful and just offered to ship me a new one as an option vs coming back in. Worked out great!

Service was fine car sale was not. Brakes should have been fixed when I purchased the car. I was told my car went through an inspection to make sure everything was in order. Obviously they were not. Not even 30k on the car and I had to pay 900 for new brakes. I was told brakes were at 5% when I purchased and at that point car was under warranty but we’re not fixed with the “5 star” inspection at purchase. Very disappointed in my purchase. And my car still squeaks so will need to follow up on that
