Didi Vonage best apps to use when u making a call.
Needs just one improvement! The app is great and functions as described however I would like to see the ability to change the outbound phone number ID to our main number instead of the direct dial number that is associated with the app. The Vonage website dashboard has this functionality but the Essentials app does not. Please fix or provide a workaround.
Usable & convenient, but barely. (2.5 stars) I like the SMS feature (now build a chrome extension). And thank you for adding the option to disable incoming calls on my mobile! However, the load time within the app is slower than molasses in January. 2-3 minutes to show my recent activity, texts, or call log? AIN'T NOBODY GAT TIME FU-DAT! Make it snappy, and I'll give this app 5 stars!

Problem with "disable incoming calls" Even though I have it disabled, my handset still rings!
Update: After this last update, being able to disable my device without logging out, is great, Vonage earns 2 more stars! If they fix the horrific bluetooth issue, It would be the perfect app for our business needs. Previously Posted: After the new app update, I can no longer turn off the VoIP so that I don't receive calls constantly. When I go recieved calls. Kate, thank you for the feedback. We've added a setting to disable incoming calls in the latest release. You can access the setting in the app by going to Settings then Call Settings. We are aware of several Bluetooth issues and are working to address them.
Latest version 4/14 Upgraded to latest version on my Note 4. Just sent a text, works perfectly. History and voice mail work perfectly. Latest version made the app worthwhile.
You need a Keep Me Logged In option.
