No big problems so far. SMS takes time to be received. But overall very thankful :)
The abilities of this app are great. The issue is the calls only ring on my app 30% of the time. The remaining times go to voicemail and I only know about them when I have an alert from my email. If they could make this app more consistent I would be very happy with it.
My only issue is CALL QUALITY! IT SUCKS especially when it is using Wi-Fi calling!

100% better than the last one
Practical and stable
Have to sign out of app to actually close. Good while working remote because it shows your business number. Also, good for texting which my CRM doesn't allow. Hard to use Bluetooth on call pickup. Not as capable as a business softphone app should be.
