It's really nt good cause if u dnt got home number u can't use this
The app use to work perfectly on my phone but after the update whenever I make call I can here the person from other end but they can't hear anything from my side. This is happening every time. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling , rebooting the phone but nothing works. It's the worst experience I am getting from Vonage
If you call internationally like me, please please DO NOT use this app. Sometimes the app does not use the vonage access number and directly goes through AT&T. The call does not even show up in my phone's call log. You will only notice the issue when you get the bill from AT&T. Talked to vonage customer service, the guy acknowledged the issue but wouldn't refund me. What a rip off! The app was working great but all of a sudden I'm getting no sound from the earpiece. however I can use the speaker just fine. I've tried restarting the iphone and also reinstalling the Vonage extensions app and still the earpiece does not work but connecting a headset or the speaker phone works! Hope there is a way out/solution.

Keep drop call every 5 minutes calling from USA to Taiwan
Unless you want to use it on an iPhone, you are caught in a loop of clicking OK and seeing the same message over and over again: "This extensions app does not support iPod or iPad devices at this time" - why not just close it after the first OK?! And why, if I have Wifi and 4G on my iPad, can I not use this? Since it does not work on an iPad, it should not be available for me to download and waste my time. It also makes Vonage even less useful. With so many other Voip options out there, I can't justify the cost of my interna... read more
Doesn't have a FaceTime
After the last update.. Wifi calling from this app no Longer works .... Have to disconnect wifi every time to make calls which is frustrating
