Poor quality! / Mala calidad
I often find myself having to dial 4 times or more before i'm connected and even then the other party can't hear me. Calls are droped very often. Sound quality is very poor. I'm also canceling my home service with them.
I can only use this app less than 10% of the time that I want to use it because the app crashes. Who do we call or text to get support???
The quality if sound is poor slnetibes unable to hear the other side, but they still charge you your minute used.. Sad!!
Good application. Handy. Sometimes the call has problems repeating the conversation like a recording and then the call drops

The app use to work perfectly on my phone but after the update whenever I make call I can here the person from other end but they can't hear anything from my side. This is happening every time. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling , rebooting the phone but nothing works. It's the worst experience I am getting from Vonage
If you call internationally like me, please please DO NOT use this app. Sometimes the app does not use the vonage access number and directly goes through AT&T. The call does not even show up in my phone's call log. You will only notice the issue when you get the bill from AT&T. Talked to vonage customer service, the guy acknowledged the issue but wouldn't refund me. What a rip off! The app was working great but all of a sudden I'm getting no sound from the earpiece. however I can use the speaker just fine. I've tried restarting the iphone and also reinstalling the Vonage extensions app and still the earpiece does not work but connecting a headset or the speaker phone works! Hope there is a way out/solution.
