Keep drop call every 5 minutes calling from USA to Taiwan
Unless you want to use it on an iPhone, you are caught in a loop of clicking OK and seeing the same message over and over again: "This extensions app does not support iPod or iPad devices at this time" - why not just close it after the first OK?! And why, if I have Wifi and 4G on my iPad, can I not use this? Since it does not work on an iPad, it should not be available for me to download and waste my time. Doesn't have a FaceTime
After the last update.. Wifi calling from this app no Longer works .... Have to disconnect wifi every time to make calls which is frustrating
Very disappointed with application, I have called their technical support many times and all they say is that the are working on it, it's been 6 months and I have not been able to use the application correctly. Calls drop, noise in background, and unable to hear caller. Not worth getting!!
This vonage extensions app when clicked do not connect. It will crash first for few times and then connect. Once connected the call quality is excellent. Either on wiFi and cell call the quality of the call is excellent. The app need some good connectivity work by the developers.
I'm looking form a voip to pstn solution for the ipad where I don't have to run my own server. I've a Vonage home phone. This app downloads to ipad but won't run. What's the point? I'm getting rid of my cell phone, certainly don't need a solution that's dependent on one.
Every wifi call I have made with this version has either dropped or one party couldn't hear the other any more so I had to hang up eventually.
