I don't like it very much I was excited at first but it's not worth it .... It will just eat away all my mobile minutes n all my saved minutes sine this app will use my provider mins to make a call .... That's just bad .... coz apps are supposed to be make it easy and accessible and help us save money and minutes ... I hope the Vonage team shall come u with a better plan by not using our minutes ....
This is not what was expected. Unlike the regular Vonage app which routes calls on wifi when available, this app always route calls through carrier which is not good at all.
Totally useless app. You can call with extension number,whats the need of an app if it does not call from wifi and uses your cellphone carrier & minutes anyhow to make a call.
You can't choose the number to dial from contacts?. I can't accept this. Please fix it. You can look at iextensions pro app and improve the features.
Bad app
is a terrible app! it takes forever to open, it doesn't have favorites, it calls a different number each time hence not allowing you to use your "frequent" or "a list" numbers on your calling plan, very disappointing from Vonage !! way better to use other third party apps that use the genius extension program from Vonage, the extension ideal is a killer product, i love it, i have been with vonage for 9 years, the app is really bad !!
After adding the app and making a call, the land line not receiving any call. It gets disconnected after first ring . Something is going wrong with call forward I guess. Pls correct this asap
The program uses the actual phone to place a call. It wont work on airplane mode via wifi. I thought that it would support wifi calls, so I can use my several apps that call for free the US number. If I am outside of the US and DON'T have a US cell (but have few virtual US numbers via apps like Whistle etc) this is not a solution... Sorry, probably it works well for all of you US locals... Enjoy it is such.
i was waiting for this app. it came out and wont work on ipad, when it will i will give a better rating
