Although this app does what it's supposed to do there are a couple of annoyances. When you see a call coming in most of the time the caller ID shows the name but not the number, when you touch the screen to see the number the app starts to call back that in most cases not only is not what you wanted to do but also is not a good idea. In past i rated it 5 star but i am not a big fan now. Calls keep dropping off, it happens for every call.
Very convenient to use my Vonage account to call from cell number or land line.
I use it everyday to call my family and friends abroad. The new boomerang feature gives ability for our loved ones to reach us at no expense to them like a collect call that doesn't cost me anything either but is part of my plan. I use it while I'm abroad to call and receive calls from USA using wifi so I don't have to get a passport package. Awesome app and made world such a small place.
Extremely good quality and convenient
It would be great if you could set a general ringtone different from the standard motivation tone. Also if you could set individual ringtones for contacts.
The quality of the call is better, but there is still room for improvement.
Great service. Can get patchy at times but overall is pretty good. Great app to have. Will help Vonage too as a company. Only issue is too many dropped calls when traveling. Still I will not take away any stats despite this issue
App is good but i am facing a lot of call drop when using the app. Please rectify the issue.
