Vonage Business Communications (VBC) activates conversations across voice, SMS, team messaging, fax, social, meetings, and more, providing a unified communication experience with elevated Quality of Service (QoS).
The app works well. I can even switch networks while on a call. The only complaint are SMS(TXT) messages are not received especially from automated systems like banks and utility companies. The messages simply never arrive. There is often a 1 to 3 second delay on voice calls which can be very annoying. This may be a function of my local network however I don't suffer this issue when using other voice services like WhatsApp or Skype on the same network.

During this pandemic, it has been nice knowing l wouldn't miss any of my business calls. Working from home brings some problems, but this app has helped ease the worry of missing calls. 💯 Recommend using this app!
Best calling application. No alternatives. It would be great if you could add an option to send text to multiple contacts at once. Even 5 contact at least.
