I use vonage as my landline. Whenever I miss a call I receive the voicemail on my mail. I travel internationally very often and use the extension through wifi. Never fails. Gradually increasing monthly charges are the only negative with newer competition snapping at their heels.
I love this app. It has came in handy on so many levels. I especially like how I can see who is calling when I'm not at home. I use it with other cell phones to forward calls when one of us is out of the country so we don't miss any important calls.
I have been using it for around 5 years and I really love it.
