I give it 2 stars because the app is ok BUT the blocking feature doesn't work. I've blocked spam calls but the same numbers are allowed to call back. Very annoying to have a block feature that doesn't work and YES I do have the updated version. So please fix the blocking of spam calls. Vonage will definitely be a 5 star app when this exasperating issue is solved.

Even if you have good cell service, many times the call quality isn't great. When you receive a call from someone in your phone contact list who has several phone numbers, it's difficult to determine what phone number they called from. Need to add ability to send / receive pictures

Multiple lines would make this app bomb. It's made working from home doable! It's easy to use and the call quality's clear.

its quite good as i use it for my business purpose but for last 2 weeks i am facing issue with voice as after making a call i can't hear any voice from the other side. i will be happy if i get help to get out of this
