This is a great way to call home in the US from anywhere that has Wi-fi. Make sure your cellular data is turned off. I use the app on my cell phone more than I call out on my landline. I never stay in one place long, so it is convenient. I just have to make very sure that when I call overseas I am on the app and not on my cell phone; that would be bad.
