Had an out of town guest and she was wowed by the beautiful patio and great food.
I chose from the menu a salad that I was a bit fearful of; soba noodles with seaweed and broiled salmon. It was amazing! I am so happy that I didn't choose to play it safe. Wonderful choice. My friend's lamb burger received rave reviews from her as well.
I shared a marvelous dinner with a friend on the patio--the food was good as always; its a beautiful setting and the weather was perfect! Who could ask for more?
The back garden at Frost's on Western/Selby in Saint Paul. What a great place to meet and great. Enjoy a drink and/or meal. Always a pleasure.
We went here for my sons graduation celebration. The food took a while and it was very busy, but not hectically so. We had an appetizer and plenty to talk about. At the end of the dinner, without us complaining, they paid for our wine and dessert because of the delay. Much appreciated.
It is very expensive and the entrees are close to being on-the-edge yuppie food fare. I had a lamb burger that could have been elk, buffalo, beef or ostrich. It was cooked so well done that the desired flavor of lamb was not evident. The artichoke dip was served hot and tasty. Just as it should have been.
We expected a great experience for our anniversary but were disappointed. Very small portions. Mahi Mahi was dry. Dessert was great. Service was good.
We had such a nice time with out of town guests celebrating two birthdays..it was perfect for us Seniors in terms of noise! not too loud!
The staff at WA Frost were amazing! Gave us a beautiful table, free champagne, manager came to congratulate us, food was amazing, servers were prompt, aware, and kind... all in all I would go back in a heartbeat!
