Our waiter, Andrew was professional, fun (just the right amount) and attentive. We had the chef's tasting menu with wine pairings for $100pp. The food was good, but I feel like we've had better meals here in the past. The wine was delicious, but the pairings were a little hit and miss. Final word: the price didn't match the quality/quantity. It seems WA Frost is relying to heavily on its long-standing reputation.

The best food and the best ambiance; no one beats W. A. Frost, especially at Christmas and during the summer when the patio is open. Outstanding cuisine.

The holiday decorations were wonderful and we were seated next to the fireplace as requested. Our waiter was terrific and recommended a great wine. The food was very good.

The ambiance is amazing - warm, old-world charm, with a crackling fire. Food was good but not exceptional.

The fireside side room with the holiday decorations was such wonderful surrounding that it was only later that we recognized that our food was not very good. Our food was on the cold side and lacking flavor. Some over cooked and some under cooked and then served cold. I still left with such a good time that I am not even bothered by it. Next time I will probably ask for the food to be corrected. We did not do that. Service was great and we wil... read more

My partner and I love to go here for a romantic sunday brunch. The food is great, and so is the ambiance, but the food portions are skimpy and you have to ask them for bread. They should assume that more corpulent individuals want substantial helpings. Salads, drinks, soup were spectacular--as was the coffee and tea. But we were disappointed by the entree. We ordered the casoulet this last time and were surprised at how, yet again, another American restaurant gets the flavor right, but undercooks the beans. Beans need to be ... read more
