Ordering app was confusing. I went all the way through paying and waited 1/2 hour for my drink only to be told that there’s a final button following that you have to scroll down to see. Food was good, but not exceptional. Kind of pricey. Love the garden atmosphere!

Your system that required us to "check out" every time we ordered was frustrating. We first ordered wine (visa charge) then ordered our entree (second visa charge) then ordered a second glass of wine (third visa charge) and then dessert (forth visa charge). After the third visa charge we received a fraud alert from the credit card company that we had to clear so we could keep ordering. Honestly, food was great and we probably would have spent more under a different ordering system.

The way that orders are taken are confusing and the staff were not good about helping figure it out. Rude server. They brought out food and drinks quickly and liked the safety protocols. The patio is beautiful and peaceful.

We went to W A Frost for my daughter's birthday. This is the first time we had been to a restaurant since the Coronavirus pandemic began in March. I was looking for a place with outside dining and social distancing, and they did a great job. All orders are done through an app on your phone so the waitstaff only comes by to deliver the food. They are always around to answer questions, however. The menu is limited but we all had great food. If you are looking for a safe place to have a great dinner I would highly recommend it.

I love the patio...food was really good! Service was not good. Before we sat down the host pointed to a sign to explain how ordering works. You electronically order, so there is no way of asking for grain free options. Lacked water until I got up to ask for it. Mask of course. The same for napkins. I understand the need to the automatic 20 percent up charge....but not without attentive staff. Our empty glasses sat the entire meal. I’ll go back but not until they totally re open.

Patio seating was fine. Still a romantic spot. Interesting COVID 19 procedures in place for service. Surprisingly limited menu for food and beverages. Auto-gratuity (20%) added to the bill, which was appropriate for the level of service. Food (steak) was cool on delivery.

WA Frost & Company has a relaxing, enjoyable outside patio. They have well-established Covid-19 precautions in place and the arrival and seating process was easy to follow and fully outside. The food and wine was delicious and the patio environment was very relaxing and pleasant. I highly recommend!

I ordered a drink by phone app as is required. I think it's a good system. But I got scolded by waitstaff when I placed a drink order at 9:40 because apparently last call is at 9:30. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that. Overall it was a good experience but in efforts to reduce contact between waitstaff and customers I feel like they've gone a smidge too far.
