Previously we had received a report with a few photos of our dog during play time. I appreciated seeing her interactions and having the specific feedback on her appetite, behavior, etc.

Bailey is just the sweetest! In the past we did give a report card at the end of a stay, we now are sending pupdates via email every other day during a stay. I will be happy to make a note on your file that you would prefer a report card.
This was our first time leaving our fur babies at paradise for paws and it was amazing!

We had camera issues. Even in playtime, kept getting message it was nap time. Other than that, the staff is nice and courteous and shows an interest in our pets. The pets don't hesitate to go to their "rooms" . I think they have a good time and enjoy the freedom your facility provides.

Better cameras (suggest HD) to see pups when they are out playing

Ares was such a sweet guy and we enjoyed having him here at P4P. We are hoping to be able to upgrade our cameras this year, so you will be able to enjoy viewing Ares in HD.
Wonderful place! My fur baby loves it! The only thing I would suggest would be that someone other than just the GM can express anal glans! Other than that, I have zero plans to go anywhere else!

Neo is great, and he is opening up more with each visit. We do have other team members who can perform this service, I just choose to do this on Neo because of his anatomy - his anal gland is a little offset on one side. Thank you for choosing us to love Neo when your away.
I love this place and so does Max! He's always excited when I bring him for daycare and the staff there is so attentive to him. It makes me feel so great that the staff loves my dog almost as much as I do. Thank you for always taking such great care of my boy!
