Y'all were great! Very communicative and let us know what's going on!
Have brought my older cat here several times. This time he stayed for 15 days and the staff was really good about sending me emails/photos/updates. Even though he's a cranky customer, the staff always seems to have patience with him. He does well with the individual "room" and limited contact with other cats.
My cat is well taken care of here. He likes the staff and they tell me he's very sweet. He's usually very nervous around strangers.

Love Paradise for Paws staff....always friendly and take great care of our furrbaby. I loved that I got an email with photos while Tucker was boarded for the long weekend. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at DFW....always great!!!! If I had anything to complain about it would be the quality of the cameras. The new system is not that great an improvement over the previous and the one camera in the big dog play area is bad out of focus......for the money and the extra money we pay to get cameras in t... read more
Public bathroom could be cleaner
No room for improvement
Only suggestion I would have is more communication between staff and shifts. Maybe have detailed notes on each pet guest so all the employees know what to expect with each pet.
