The boys are great to have here, they are always fun and energetic and looking for something mischievous to do in playgroup and my team loves that about them.
Have brought my older cat here several times. This time he stayed for 15 days and the staff was really good about sending me emails/photos/updates. Even though he's a cranky customer, the staff always seems to have patience with him. He does well with the individual "room" and limited contact with other cats.

Toby is a great guest! When our team speaks and interacts with him, he calms down and becomes even more lovable. Thank you for choosing us to love him while you are gone.
My cat is well taken care of here. He likes the staff and they tell me he's very sweet. He's usually very nervous around strangers.

Love Paradise for Paws staff....always friendly and take great care of our furrbaby. I loved that I got an email with photos while Tucker was boarded for the long weekend. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at DFW....always great!!!! If I had anything to complain about it would be the quality of the cameras. Public bathroom could be cleaner

I am sorry to hear our bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. We have put our public bathrooms on a more frequent cleaning schedule so this should be a non issue moving forward. We look forward to Charly's next stay with us, he is just a gem to have at the resort and is a team member favorite.
No room for improvement

We enjoyed Hugo very much. He relaxed and started to play in playgroup and enjoyed the pool.
Only suggestion I would have is more communication between staff and shifts. Maybe have detailed notes on each pet guest so all the employees know what to expect with each pet.

We enjoyed Mak and Sydney very much, they are both sweet and seem to enjoy playgroup. Our goal is to always provide our guests and pet parents the highest customer service and care at every stay. There are always opportunities to improve and when we identify them I use them to coach my team so we can always find ways to be more effective at communication. Thank you for choosing us to take care of Mak and Sydney when you are away and being loyal customers.
