The boys are great to have here, they are always fun and energetic and looking for something mischievous to do in playgroup and my team loves that about them.
Have brought my older cat here several times. This time he stayed for 15 days and the staff was really good about sending me emails/photos/updates. Even though he's a cranky customer, the staff always seems to have patience with him. He does well with the individual "room" and limited contact with other cats.

My cat is well taken care of here. He likes the staff and they tell me he's very sweet. He's usually very nervous around strangers.

Love Paradise for Paws staff....always friendly and take great care of our furrbaby. I loved that I got an email with photos while Tucker was boarded for the long weekend. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at DFW....always great!!!! If I had anything to complain about it would be the quality of the cameras. Public bathroom could be cleaner

I am sorry to hear our bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. We have put our public bathrooms on a more frequent cleaning schedule so this should be a non issue moving forward. We look forward to Charly's next stay with us, he is just a gem to have at the resort and is a team member favorite.
