We enjoyed Hugo very much. He relaxed and started to play in playgroup and enjoyed the pool.
Only suggestion I would have is more communication between staff and shifts. Maybe have detailed notes on each pet guest so all the employees know what to expect with each pet.

We enjoyed Mak and Sydney very much, they are both sweet and seem to enjoy playgroup. Our goal is to always provide our guests and pet parents the highest customer service and care at every stay. There are always opportunities to improve and when we identify them I use them to coach my team so we can always find ways to be more effective at communication. Thank you for choosing us to take care of Mak and Sydney when you are away and being loyal customers.
They are great with our very active 1 yr old. Appreciate all they do.

Every single person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and find. I placed numerous calls prior to taking my boxer to the facility. They took great care of Vincent and sent me texts and videos of him! So happy I found this resort!!!!
