We have a diabetic and pancreatic insufficient dog so she is not easy to care of. Your people are always very professional and compassionate!
I was very hesitant about leaving my two 16 year old dogs with people I did not know. I knew they would not be happy sitting in a cage for 7 days so I started searching for a pet resort. This place caters to the flying public. We were able to drop the dogs off at 7am before our 10am flight because they were so close to the airport. Our boys had their own room with 2 beds and i could even bring their own blankets that they are used to sleeping on. We could keep an eye on them with the camera. Our labs, George and Gracie think Paradise for Paws is paradise! They are super excited when we arrive because they love the staff❤️❤️ They also love all the new puppy friends they make during playtime.
Staff is kind, courteous, and loving. Facility is clean, modern, and well equipped. Services seemed pricey to me, but are still comparable to other facilities. For a first time boarding, the experience was very painless and, in fact enjoyable, especially for our cat. He immediately bonded and cuddled with staff and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Adventure Jungle and aquarium. A repeat customer, for sure!
Ellie was well taken care of at Paradise for Paws! She had some good activities there, and seemed very happy!
The team at the DFW location are always wonderful! Musette always has a great time playing with her friends and especially loves the attention from team members. Thank you for taking care of my girl and loving her almost as much as we love her.
