I have two dogs that I take to POOCH for both, grooming and daycare. The grooming and daycare are wonderful. The staff is really nice and the dogs are always so excited to go which speaks volumes. I would recommend POOCH to any dog owner.

After searching for quite a few years, I have finally found a safe and fun place for Remington to be cared for when we travel. It is such a blessing to know that Remington will be happy and come home without injury or illness. The staff happily assist on the phone or at the Lincoln Park location. Dropping off and picking up Remington takes minutes. I am very thankful for Pooch Hotel Lincoln Park!

Great place! Just want to make sure my adolescent dog doesnt get hassled too much by more aggressive dogs. But the handlers are very attentive
Love pooch. My only concern is that my dog is still a puppy or really a teenager. I saw on the Webcam that another dog was being aggressive with him. I called and the dog specialists separated them and gave my dog some time alone which he needed.

We have sent our two dogs to stay at Pooch multiple times now and each time gets easier and easier. We know we don’t have to worry about them as they are in great hands. The staff is always so professional and attentive to our dogs special needs. We get photos and messages almost every day while we are away. Most importantly, our dogs are always excited when we bring them back and that’s a great sign!
