Overall the service was good. The groomer had an emergency and was not able to groom our pup before pick up which was OK but I would have liked a call before pick up so we could have tried to schedule a bath somewhere else the same day. They did offer a discount on services which was appreciated. We will return.

Pilot’ been coming here since he was a puppy. He’s always so excited; he doesn’t want to leave. The staff go out of their way to keep me updated with pictures and the webcam is great too.

Yet another great stay at Pooch Hotel. We were away for two weeks this time around, the longest ever, and we received occasional emails with pictures and cute updates that were appreciated. Fiona (our dog) clearly got a lot of quality attention as well as the outdoor walks we requested. The bath and brush out she got at the end of her stay made her look amazingly good when we picked her up.
