We use Pooch Hotel for their boarding services. We trust them to watch over our dog (LeeLoo). The staff is great at keeping in touch with us - e.g. sending us emails with a picture of she so that we know she is doing okay while we are gone. Sometimes we get a bath for LeeLoo before we pick her up, and they do a great job of getting her clean and ready to come home.

Pooch hotel was very accommodating of my dog! Very flexible with drop off and pick up times, clean facility, and camera of play area available at all times. Camera quality could be better, but overall great experience!

Soft, Dylan’s groomer, was sooo sweet with him! Even though he was afraid, she made him feel comfortable. Also, she gave him a great groom! We will be back!

This was our first visit. The place was really clean and up scale looking. Brutus came out seemingly very happy and well cared for. A little concerned that he had not been walked for over 4 hours and I was not shown around the facilities but would try them again.

You need great. Novia, Roxie, Rocco, Fifi displayed no symptoms of separation anxiety. They can back as healthy and happy as they were when we left them at Pooch.

Napoleon our French bulldog had a very good experience staying at Pet Hotel. He was well cared for and we were even received a picture of him during his stay. It was great that we were able to pick him up anytime we wanted as we were on a trip and we left Chicago at Four AM. Being open 24 hours a Day was a bonus for us. Thanks!!!!
