My 2 dogs stayed at Pooch Hotel for 10 days for the first time. The facility is clean and there is 24h accessible webcam in their room & play area. Every 3 days, I received some updates on how they are doing with photos. The staff was very prompt with email communication. Could not be any better. Highly recommended!
