I can not say enough about the staff...even with a few of these great people coming and going there is a continuity of dedicated customer service and professionalism —they take the care and welfare of the dogs there as if they were their own—it doesn’t matter if you are a weekend warrior a M-F guest or like we are a bit of both...you are welcomed on your arrival(where Franklin 🐕trots off and never looks back! Is there any better way to leave your pet? Not in my opinion Thanks as Always...FOR TO YOU DO!!!!❤️

We have boarded our two dogs (Desi and Bella) multiple times with Pooch Hotel Lincoln Park. Their most recent stay was an extended one (2 weeks) and we felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands with staff that takes great care of them. We received regular updates and photos via email during their stay. You can tune into the small and large dog play areas to see how they're playing with the other dogs. Pick up and drop off of dog exactly on schedule. Sent picture and wrote news to let us know he was alive and well, eating regularly and making friends. Charges were exactly as expected with no “extras”. People as friendly and professional as possible. We never were concerned about dog’s wellbeing or safety.

My dog just stayed overnight for two nights. I am incredibly happy with the way he was taken care of. I have always been hesitant to leave my dog with just anyone, and typically take him with me. I would absolutely use Pooch Hotel Lzp again. I loved being able to watch my dog, have pics sent to me, etc. he came home exhausted from playing so hard!

Addie (my 8 month old black lab) had a blast and came back exhausted after staying for 10 days while we were on vacation. We loved getting the pupdates knowing she was doing well! Will definitely be back.
