I moved to the suburbs and will still make the drive into the city to take my Westie to Pooch. I've been boarding her here when I travel for the past 10 years and it's worth the trip. She practically breaks the door down to get in when I drop her off so I take it she's well taken care of when she's there. Thank you Pooch!

Although WAG hotels markets itself and charges as if it's a premium daycare, the facilities are poorly run. The communication from the front desk / your pet information in the app, does not make it to the employees working. All three experiences I have had at various locations was the same story of my dog being overfed / getting sick / not returning his toys. He's 7 pounds and was fed an entire tub of treats... it's commons sense that that is too much for a puppy of that size. Also, the west loop location is charging $35 for... read more

My dog was in a cage the entire time. The fact that the term “suite” is used is laughable. Will not be returning or recommending.
customer service was helpful in finding the best place for my pups despite my late booking for holiday weekend.... staff at Lincoln Park went over and beyond in relaying updates and ensuring the pups had comfortable and enjoyable stay. thank you!
