Bailey is an elderly dog who requires special attention. Pooch Hotel staff go out of their way to take care of him. They call him by name, love on him, and watch him closely. About a month ago they recognized that he had a problem and took him to the vet. Sure enough Bailey had to have surgery. They caught it! He is now doing well. Thanks Pooch Hotel!!
Pooch is always reliable, responsive, and shows genuine care for my dog, no matter who is working at the time. I know when I drop off my dog he is always well taken care of, and he is always happy to be there when we arrive!
We love Pooch. Our dog is very shy and anxious, he doesn't normally even like leaving the friendly confines of his house. But his tail starts wagging furiously when we tell him he's going to Pooch. He comes home tired and content. Thanks for making Rouni happy.

Lincoln Park Pooch Hotel is great! Our dog loves daycare, and we love that we can check in on her throughout her stay. It is nice to know our dog is in good hands when we have to leave town and she can't come with!
