Get directionsI have written positive reviews for the Pooch Hotel in the past, but while I am giving this a 5-star for a recent stay, it comes with a caveat. The team, in general, is wonderful, two workers recognized me from a past stay when I boarded my mother's dog four months ago while she was hospitalized. There was some thought that we might have to find a new home for her dog and several team members indicated that they would be interested in possibly adopting him. For their willingness to help and ongoing concern, I am deeply g... read more

Hi Eric and Lindsay, I truly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with this feedback. First and foremost I want to sincerely apologize that the process of getting Suki's vaccinations and reservation confirmed ahead of check in was not smoother. We are currently working hard on new advancements and procedures to ensure quick and reliable booking and confirmation, but in the meantime I am looking further into this particular issue with our team to see where the disconnect occurred. While our team takes vaccination reco... read more
We brought our puppy to Pooch Hotel for puppy's day out. She is now sick from an infection that is going around there. She also has URINE BURNS ON HER PAWS because they are NOT taken out to go potty. My puppy smelled of feces and urine when I picked her up. My puppy also was not fed when I gave them food for her. They said "What food? You dropped food off?" YES???? What!!! Wish they were paying for my VET BILLS. 0/10. My vet even said that this place is known to be an awful place to take your pet!!
Business response:
Hi Shyanne, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear you had this experience with us. Exposure to URIs can occur in any social interaction including dog parks, passing on walks, vet offices, etc. and as a pet care provider, we cannot guarantee that your pet will never be exposed to any contagious disease. Similar to children who attend daycare or playdates, there is always a small risk involved in group playtime. However, I want to ensure you that we ... read more
Fred loves going to Pooch, he and I both really like the people that work there. The only thing that was kinda weird this time around was that Fred smelled like urine all over.
Business response:
We love having Fred here at Pooch too! I know Fred likes to play all day, but is typically neat in his suite, so I will definitely look into that matter further for you and am happy to follow up with you with more details. In the mean time I'd love to offer Fred a complimentary bath at the end of his next stay with us. We can't wait to see him again! -Molly, Pooch Hotel LP
So I got “let go” from this company for apparently sharing to much information to a person involving THEIR dog. This place lies to people about what takes place with the dogs, they take unvaccinated pet occasionally in play, and molly and gustav are dating “the supervisors” They still haven’t even let me know what’s going on with the “suspension” I’m under so I quit Please monitor your pets at this place
I watched on the webcam all day and the 2 workers were either on their phone or just standing around, the dogs looked bored af, and my dog is used to going outside to the bathroom. Worst experience ever!!!
Business response:
Hi Alexis, I hate to hear that you didn't receive the experience you expected from us. Our play groups are geared towards allowing our guests to play and socialize with each other versus playing with toys or all day with humans, which can lead to unfavorable protective behaviors for those guest who don't want to share their new human friends attention. While personal phones are not meant to be used by staff during playgroups, our teams do use mobile devices for taking photos of our boarding guests when we send pup-dates to t... read more
My dog gets excited when he walks in the door and thats proof enough for me that he is at the right doggy daycare!
Business response:
Hi Andrea! Not only does Parker get excited when he comes through our door, but the other dogs LOVE playing with him! He's got tons of friends here and I know we're all looking forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you very much for the wonderful review. -Austin, Team Supervisor

I think my dog had a good time. And I felt he was in good hands. I think the staff could have been more welcoming and felt strange I didn’t get a tour of where my dog would be hanging out at all day. Hard to build trust when they don’t have an “open” door for clients to see.
While we’ve had great experiences in the past, Bella came home with bad diarrhea and meds not taken. Disappointed
