My daughter's appointment was at 3:00 and we were out of there by 3:30 with clean teeth, x-rays, and a consultation with Dr. Pretzer. They were fast and efficient, but we did not feel rushed at all. Everyone is always so attentive and friendly.
Really great customer service. Taylor was given a same day appointment for an acute injury to her front tooth. We were very satisfied with the outcome and the professionalism at the Garner office. Thank you
Dr Pretzer is great with kids and laid back and understanding of how busy they are- appreciate his patience and also his advice and input on dental matters. My 4 year old looks forward to her next visit! And the princess toothbrush and Elsa sticker were a huge bonus :)

My two girls absolutely LOVE coming to the dentist office. Dr Pretzer and Dr Dave have taken such good care of them. We always feel welcomed by all staff and I feel confident that the girls are in good hands when they leave me and go to the back. If you have made an impression on my girls, you will get a hug when they leave you. I feel confident that we have never left the office without hugs!!! Thank you for being GREAT dentists! Dr. Rob and his crew are the BEST!! They are so patient and understanding with my daughters and talk them through procedures. They take scary things like teeth extraction and make them less scary. We love this office!
Dr. Kprnstein and the hygenitst is so friendly and makes my children feel very confortable! I am very pleased with the office.
