As Raleigh’s first group orthodontic-pediatric dental office, we offer a rare opportunity to take care of the orthodontic and pediatric dentistry needs of your child in a cohesive team-oriented environment. This was our first time meeting Dr. Moran and he was fantastic with my boys! They both really liked him and afterwards my oldest even said, "Going to the dentist is fun!" Dr. Moran took his time explaining how both of my boys' appointments went, which I appreciated. This visit was consistent with our past visits to the office. Every staff member has always been friendly, kind, and professional.
Each staff member was very helpful and knowledgable. Any questions we had were answered thoroughly. We felt very comfortable with having our 4 year old daughter evaluated. She loved it too!
It was my daughters first dental visit. She is highly sensitive and very introverted at times. Our experience yas beyond perfect. Every one was so comforting to her and I was completley shocked at how well she did. Much thanks to all the staff for being so kind and gentle I think our hygienists name was gabby? It was such a great experience she is very excited to come back.
I just wanted to take the time to say that my daughter, Emily Holleman, was really scared at first. But when Dr.Kornstein came into the room she was more relaxed. He took the time to show her what he was doing and what tools he was using. Overall, when we left the office she was smiling and very very happy!! Thank you guys and we will be back in 6 months!! Dr. Hick's is AMAZING with children. Unfortunately, this trip my 7 year old son Jack was told he had a cavity and needed to come back to fix. Dr. Hick's took the time to explain things to him and showed him the room where it would be done etc. In the car, jack said, "its not going to be so bad! I get to watch the Lego Movie" .
Friendliest staff around from the front , the hygienists, and the docs. The kids love going to the dentist !
