Dr. Petzer was great with both of my children. My 3 year old was hesitant to cooperate, however, Dr. Petzer was able to put him to ease and work with him to get through the appointment. We were in and out quickly and I really feel like each patient gets personalized care and treatment from the staff.
My daughter loves going to the dentist thanks to Dr. Kornstein and all the wonderful staff!
My 9 year-old son was incredibly nervous prior to his appointment. He also had a couple of minor issues causing him pain (loose teeth and gum sensitivity). I wish I had gotten the dental hygentist's name because she handled him beautifully. She was patient, friendly and humorous and answered my son's nervous inquiries perfectly. I also had questions of my own which she spent more than enough time answering. My son was mostly at ease by this point and was handed off to the dentist, Dr. Hicks.
