I’ve slept in better tents. The bell service was horrible. I could not reach the bell desk and had to go to the valet to get my luggage. I almost missed my dinner reservation. The water in the shower NEVER got hot and the pressure was horrible. Not powerful enough. The bed pillows were too soft. Thick towels.
Very poor customer service! Check in was extremely slow. Accommodations that I paid for were not met. After asking to be moved to another room to meet the accommodations that I paid for, I was given two options from the night supervisor: 1. Remain in the room with zero compensation. 2. Exit the room at 2:30 a.m. to receive a refund. Location inside the hotel was very nice.
Not what you expect from a Nobu hotel. I love a Nobu hotel, the quality is normally above & beyond. This was far from this. Clearly they have taken old Caesar’s rooms, added some new wall paper and a little dark wood and hoped for the best. The stale smoke smell is quite awful, the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, when looking closely everything was a little tired and damaged. Disappointed by 6g y g g. 6 There were food wrappers under the bed stand and the room looked dingy and overly used.
Poor The hotel had no services. No room service,, no concierge other than a computer which gave packages answers which did not answer the question. Facilities such as bag check and spa are at Caesar's. Added 30 % resort fee which was not advertised. Came across as money grabbing. Room was comfortable. Needs a desk to work at. Safe too small for my laptop.
Disappointing No switch for lights. Only dial on bottom of lamp. Light bulbs were burnt out when we go to the room. Huge array of snack foods on display that were ridiculously expensive. $13 for a bag of m&ms. Rather not have to worry about it. Shower had no curtain. Water went all over the floor. Floor was scary slippery when wet. Reservation on website said free hot tea would be served upon arrival and that the pool was available. No pool and no tea. Disappointed. Bed and bath robe was super comfy.

Disappointing I had a running toilet I had to call 3 time to have serviced and it kept us up all night. I also feel that housekeeping should have been more attentive about getting fresh towels for the room Having a separate check in and elevator was convenient.
