High expectations meets less than adequate stay The elevator was just not functional we will get stuck on our floor, not able to go down, and when we would come to the ground floor, elevator to go up to our room it was non-operational almost every single time. I feel that the employees really didn’t go out of their way to say hello or make eye contact outside of the check in experience which was positive. The rooms were subpar small very dark. Rude The staff had no customer service, I don’t know if the man at the front desk was In a bad mood but he was not accommodating at all and even answered questions with an attitude. I won’t return there are too many other options to go back. Location was great and the room was nice
Bad horrible old dirty hotel
Not worth the money! I couldn't believe they charged the wifi on your computer. And for a bottle of water!! Even Holiday Inn give you complimentary water. The bath didn't work, and the shower was super cheap. The AC never worked well, the room was freezing the whole time. Overall, I expected a lot more from a Nobu hotel, it was just like any other average hotel. The staff was really nice and helped us with everything.
