It has been a nightmare switching over to waste pro. They cant seem to get it together, cant send me my bill, incorrect information about trash pickup, many times my trash hasnt been picked up, and they state the bill can be paid online but the website NEVER works and i have to call and be charged an extra fee for calling to pay my bill. Im about to deliver their damn can back to them.
