Switched to Waste Pro in August 2025. Within the first month of service Waste Pro missed 3 weeks of trash pick up which I paid for. (Actually, I paid a pro-rated bill for those weeks.) I have been trying to get a credit for those 3 weeks for 6 months. (It is now February 2026). I have tried dealing with my sales person, no luck. When I opened an account was Waste Pro. They told us to put the garbage out the night before just like all the other companies do well every other week I have to call and tell them they haven’t picked my garbage up and then they send them back out. They even changed days on pick up I guess so it would be easier on them, but I’m glad it’s easier on them, but I’m going into surgery Tuesday. Guy came out months ago signed us up took our money. Can was brought service to begin in January 2026 and hasn’t been picked up yet

The last 6 months have been awful. They swapped our trash day to Fridays right before the holidays. I guess to try and rework things bc they were not picking up our trash every single week and I would have to call. Now you’d think things would be better. They have not picked up the trash on a Friday since they swapped it. For instance, today is Tuesday at @9:35 AM and my trash is still out at the street and now it’s over flowing. This is the worst trash company in Louisiana to deal with do not waste your time and energy trying to make it work with them. They do not return calls. They do not pick up on time and they do not put a note in the system to save their life.

It’s a sad day when you have to beg your garbage service to pick up your garbage. They had one job and couldn’t even do it Trash still sitting at the curb almost 3 weeks.
