The absolute worst trash company I’ve ever used!! I have to call almost weekly because my trash never gets dumped!!😡

I've only had this service fir less than a month. My trash is supposed to be picked up on Tuesday and I've had to contact them every week because my trash is never picked up in its scheduled day. Customer service lies and tells me that it will be picked abd it doesn't for about two days later. Last week I got a text that my trash day moved from Tuesday to Friday starting on 12/15/2025. My garbage pick-up is late almost weekly. They often don’t come at all until I call; however, they mark the pick-up as completed on my service calendar. Terrible service.

I was sitting in my car watching this unfold.The guy grabbed my garbage out of my trash.Can the bag ripped he just left the trash in the can didn't dump the can in the truck. And there's garbage all over my yard from it piece of shit company

We are very dissatisfied with waste pro. We switched to them back in october. Since then, they have actually only picked our trash up on time and without me having to call every single week , a total of 3 times. This past week, I called every single day and was assured.My trash was going to be picked up the next day. It was not picked up and still has not been picked up. No star! Esp customer service!! Rude!! This place is horrible, they come to your home, to set you up, and literally for four months I have been lied to about having service getting it started when they’ll be by someone will call me, they lie! Would not recommend

I'm very disappointed in your service already haven't received my trash can , signed up on your promo back in September and was told then I'd have my can by the first so in the meantime I have cancelled my other provider was told to set my garbage bags out curbside and y'all would pick up (I do believe I would have garbage everywhere since animals would get in them) I hope this isn't a sign of how y'all do business and was told again can will be delivered in a few days haha sick of waiting will cancel service if my can isn't... read more
