No star! Esp customer service!! Rude!! This place is horrible, they come to your home, to set you up, and literally for four months I have been lied to about having service getting it started when they’ll be by someone will call me, they lie! Would not recommend

Missed pickup on the scheduled day more than 3 times now, still hasn't picked up last week

I'm very disappointed in your service already haven't received my trash can , signed up on your promo back in September and was told then I'd have my can by the first so in the meantime I have cancelled my other provider was told to set my garbage bags out curbside and y'all would pick up (I do believe I would have garbage everywhere since animals would get in them) I hope this isn't a sign of how y'all do business and was told again can will be delivered in a few days haha sick of waiting will cancel service if my can isn't... read more

I just signed up with this company and can you believe on the first day if my trash pick up; guess want they didn’t pick it up!! It’s unprofessional and I’m very aggravated because I went against my better judgement on this! Yes, WM may be higher, but quality over quantity! That’s all I have to say and just know I’ll be canceling my service.
