Not sure why they have you fill out your “watch preferences.” It’s clearly not reviewed prior to shipping watches. I’m attaching a pic of my preferences and the watches sent. Clearly they don’t match. I also filled out a satisfaction survey prior to my third watch being mailed. That was ignored as well. My plan was if I was satisfied with a lower watch subscription, I would move up to the top tier. I gave Watch Gang three chances and they struck out. fake and rip offs like fynd shop

so Watch Gang blocked my friend simply because he gave them negative feedback. that’s how businesses operate in 2018. instead of taking an L and improving their products, they delete your comment and block you. only positive feedback allowed i guess. this is why i don’t trust anyone’s reviews. also; don’t buy their memberships. it’s all garbage from off brands with absolutely no resale value. they bait people by offering the *chance* to win a rolex or something else with actual value.

Their social media exchange page is run by a bunch of egotistical morons who will silence or ban you if you speak out about your displeasure. How is a G Shock even remotely close to a $100 value? Fix your exchange page. It is terrible and I feel like it has become a complete totalitarian run by idiots. Do not fall for their "you can't buy this anywhere for less than what you're paying" scam. Most of the product they sell are watches that don't sell elsewhere and are liquidated at a much lower cost.
