I was new to this and I received a watch that was value less than $100 and watch gang did not even tried to either change the product and there was no resolution at all. My first experienced with this and totally will not use or recommend this at all. Let’s see if they really care about customers satisfaction!

RecommendedI decided to do the 4 times a year instead of the monthly plan. For $99.00 dollars I got a J Brackett automatic retail value $350.00. Not bad indeed!

RecommendedCan’t say enough about this company. I was hesitant to spin the wheel but took a chance. Ended up with a Tier 1 watch and when I opened it there was an issue with the crown screwing all the way out. I called and spoke to Ged and all I needed to do was send some pics and minutes later was emailed a return label and will get a replacement. These guys get the gold star for customer service!

Joined the platinum membership and still waiting to see what that watch may be. Also played the wheel, got several watches, one of them was a Melbourne Carlton, nice watch but the one I received was used. it was wrapped up in plastic like sandwich wrap. Not happy at all, I will be doing a video on that as well. Also as for the wheel I did it several times, it's good for 1 time, after that it's the same watches to choose from, nothing different. Oh well they lost a customer and most likely many more.
Don’t waste your money or time. You can get better deals on your own. I doubt you’ll ever get a watch at the top of your tier price range.

the watch i received was not in line with my preferences. Also, I'm not entirely sure the watches are worth what users pay for them. Based on retail? Sure. But the watchmakers are for the most part microbrands with no history or grounds to charge such prices. Maybe this is an okay service for someone who knows nothing and is simply interested in receiving a few watches to taste test, but for anyone who knows what three hundred dollars is worth, it's a scam.

I checked the lowest price monthly payments of 29.95. Did not realize that that’s in American and I live in Canada. The last one I received,one of the pins holding the links in place was falling out of the hole. I also noticed that the hands of the watch were not held in place firmly and would move if I shook the watch.

not too happy that my first charge was the 29.99 they said then only the second month mind you the charge jumped up by almost 10 bucks with no prior warning they say it was for tax increases but I mean REALLY only the second billing and no notice I dont think I'm going to keep it
