The mod Brent azuz makes it unbearable to be in the exchange page. He harassed people continually and threatens banning people Bad experience all together with him. If they ever make a change I’ll love to be back
I signed up at the beginning of the month, as a gift for my fiance. I got an email that my 1st watch has shipped and to expect it TODAY. I changed around plans so I could be home to take the package. I tracked the package and it says it will be delivered tonight, BUT it's still in Michigan. I'm in Wisconsin. I've contacted the chat line, and they basically told me to wait and see, and that their marketing people are working on the christmas notification, but they only ship once a month. My first watch that came was pretty junky and sells online for less than I paid (black tier). Also, tried to change my payment method and they closed my account for "fraudulent reasons " and stated they cant reopen it and I would need to recreate one with a separate email. Horrible experience which sucks because I was very excited about this, and honestly thought I'd have this for years where I could get nice quality watches to add to my collection every month.

Watch Gang is a way for manufacturers to dump unwanted product on the market or to bail out failing micro brands. You will hardly ever see an actual established company partner with them because they don't want to devalue their brand by sending out 20k watches at a discount.
