Bruce and Nate were on time, did the work as promptly as promised, and charged a fair price. I appreciated that Nate (office Nate, not installer Nate) was honest with me; he explained why I should go with a ProGrade Bradford White as opposed to a Rheem Pro. I?d highly recommend them for a water heater replacement. Unlike other companies they?ll give you a firm price over the phone and they do same day installs. If time isn?t urgent I?d consider shopping it around because there are definitely cheaper options out there but overall they did a great job. In an emergency I?ll keep them on speed dial. Thanks!
