I called yesterday early evening asking for services for my water heater and they said they could be over to my house as soon as today between 10-2. I received a text message 30 minutes before arrival and the technician arrived at 11am. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We were just finishing 3 months of rehab on a house and noticed at 7 pm the night before the renters were to move in that the hot water heater was not working. Two days prior we had turned off the gas to change the supply lines to the gas stoves (the house had 2 separate kitchens). Well, the gas water heater would not restart. Customer service and installation were very good and very prompt. Technicians were efficient and pleasant. However, I was not informed that there would be a 2.5% fee for using a credit card for payment. I had to scramble to get enough money in my checking account to cover the cost..
The installers walked me through the annual process of draining the water heater in order to prolong it's life.
I was in a bind and Water Heaters Now came out the next day to replace the HW Heater. Other companies I contacted were a week or more out. I especially liked the effort to make sure everything was AOK with every faucet in the house before they left. Some faucets needed cleaning due to the old WHeaters sediment in the tank that was being circulated to the faucets. #SavedTheDay
Explained how to do the maintenance after install was done. Left area clean. Even put a tarp down when hauling out the old unit.
