Ready to go -- they do what they say. Job was done in less than two hours - old heater out and new heater in and running. Courteous and helpful from first contact to techs. Great experience.
This company was very prompt and cleaned the site when finished. I liked the tag team approach where a prep worker arrived first and performed all of the set-up tasks. The installer followed and things went very quickly as all of the preparatory work was finished.
Scheduling was quick and easy and they replaced my water heater quickly without leaving any mess.
I think I may have payed a bit more with this firm, but got a good water heater and quick service.
Bruce and Nate were on time, did the work as promptly as promised, and charged a fair price. I appreciated that Nate (office Nate, not installer Nate) was honest with me; he explained why I should go with a ProGrade Bradford White as opposed to a Rheem Pro. Had a great time chatting with Bruce; he's a lovely man. Excellent customer service!
