Working with Casey Lamm and Watermark was a pleasure. I am a recently widowed mother of 2 young children and relocated my family to our current home. Mr. Lamm helped me refinance my home so we can comfortably reside here and heal.
I have used Jason to buy three homes now. He has been there to help me at every closing. He is always available to answer my questions, even at 10PM on a Sunday night lol. My refi with Watermark closed in just a few weeks and went very smoothly. Amanda Blankenship provided excellent customer service and great communication. I'm in WA State and everything was done via phone/e-mail with absolutely no problems. Highly recommended!
