When necessary, David shifted things down a couple of gears and was patient in helping me understand the details of this major transaction. I originally contact Casey Lamm from Watermark Home Loans because they happened to have the best rates for the type of loan I was looking for (15 year fixed - investment property). Little did I know I was going to get great service as well.
