I usually don't write reviews but my great experience with Watermark was worth mentioning to the world. Genelle was our Loan Processor and Rob was the Loan Agent. The entire process was incredibly smooth and they had the best rate I could fine anywhere. I was very impressed! JB
Through the entire process, Amanda maintained her superb professionalism and good humor and remaining consistently helpful, patient, courteous, and detail-oriented (including during 'off-hours'), providing what I'd definitely describe as 'white glove' service.
I originally contact Casey Lamm from Watermark Home Loans because they happened to have the best rates for the type of loan I was looking for (15 year fixed - investment property). Little did I know I was going to get great service as well. This is the second time I refinanced this year, and I have nothing but good words to say about it. Casey made the process smooth and seamless as I have come to expect from Watermark.
Watermark Home Loans and Loan Officer Casey Lamm performed admirably in closing my purchase loan. Not only was the process easy, with paperless processes right up to closing, but every deadline was met on or before date and the concurrent sale of our prior residence was coordinated beautifully to the satisfaction of all parties! Highly recommended!
Amanda was great. She did everything she said she would do in the time frame she said she would do it. Due to our loan to income ratio we had to go with an FHA which was going to cost us much more in the mortgage insurance. We had a 30 day escrow and with about a week left the processor noticed that on our most current paycheck stub we submitted that that my wife had got a cost of living raise she was not even aware of. Casey and his team made the refinance process super easy and super quick. Processing most of the information digitally allowed us to sign and review documents when time permitted which was a nice bonus. Would definitely work with Watermark again.
