Even with plenty of previous experiences, the whole loan process can be quite daunting. On a whim, I decided to try Watermark rather than my personal banker and am I glad I did. Watermark Home Loans had the best interest rate available and Amanda Blankenship is amazing!! She was in constant communication with me and my realtor throughout the entire process. Amanda was always quick to respond to emails and calls, even at night and on weekends. This was my first home purchase and I was so grateful to have Amanda navigating me through it. Another great plus was the low rate that I was able to get by going through Watermark Home Loans!
After getting several quotes from banks and mortgage brokers, I went online and found Watermark and decided to give them a try for our refi. They had by far the lowest interest rates and lowest closing costs. In addition, they were super fast, very attentive and got back to me almost immediately with any questions I had. They were very accommodating. I would highly, highly recommend.
