Casey and his team did a great job holding together the application process under some extraordinary circumstances, keeping it on track even as one of the co-borrowers passed away, and navigating through complex administrative and legal issues. The final rate was very competitive - a friend in the industry thought that the number was for an ARM, but was surprised to hear that it was 30 year fixed rate - very low!
Title says it all. I had a very positive experience and the team at Watermark answered all my questions quickly and funded the loan on time with the best interest rate and lowest fees.
Casey helped me through the whole process. I would highly recommend him, a real pleasure to work with. Refinancing seemed like it was going to be a huge ordeal but this proved to be otherwise.

Phil gave me the best rate after I compared five lenders. He was approachable and responded to my emails in a reasonable speed. James was great helping me close.
