Absolutely love living in this beautiful community with greenery, easy access to Halcyon and walking distance to join the Mcfarland trail. I also cannot say enough good things about Carrie who has been amazing everytime I have worked with her. I refer my friends to this community whenever I get a chance.
I had a good experience when looking at apartments and meeting with Ivey - she was so great! Approval process was super easy and fast. Only reason I did t take it was the other complex had the transportation closer to travel to work in Dunwoody. Really appreciate the awesome service!
Waterstone is such a beautiful place to come home to! The location is very convenient for accessing GA 400 and now that Halcyon is up and running as well as the Big Creek Greenway Trail opening, you really are in walking distance to a lot of things. Side note: there's monthly resident brunches.
For starters, Elle J I do not disagree with you on noise but how the person above you walks around can be controlled (by them) the rest of the noise, what do you expect from non-carpeted units? There is no muffle guard. The trash wouldn't be so full if idiots could get their trash down into the dumpster and not let it stop on the chute, blocking everything else. Wow what can I say the whole move in process was absolutely amazing. Carrie and her team took great care from the first time I walked in until I moved in and still they are there for me. The apartment is very big, great natural light. The property is beautiful very well maintained. The amenities are great. There seems to be something for just about every person. I especially love the car wash center because I have a truck and it allows me to save money but also keep my truck nice and clean. I would fully recommend this apart... read more
Great apartment, carpet is too hard, the maintenance is great. The leasing staff is not nice. The staff give's you a look like " what are you doing here?" when you come through the door to pay your rent. There is poop in the grass but the pet owners are getting better in picking up after their pets. I did have few bugs like earwigs but those were bugs that everyone in GA get. I was able to get rid of those bugs by purchasing some bug spray from my local home depot. Other than that its a OK place.
I've lived here for almost 2 1/2 years now, the first year was awesome, no complaints. Then the dreaded office staff changes started happening-- The property was not being managed properly for months, this is supposed to be a "gated community" yet the gate has been broken probably over 10-15 times since I've lived here and been stuck open for weeks on end. Extremely uninhabitable apartment. Where do I even start! We moved in 6 months ago. When we moved in there were already so many things wrong. Cracked/broken fridge, No fan in the bathroom, BURNT electrical socket, cabinets falling off the walls. Then our washer broke. Took someone 2 weeks to even come out and that was with us begging and going to the front office to demand it be fixed. Then, we started having mold growth. Uninhabitable Unit, Unsafe Conditions, and Zero Accountability Avoid Waterstone at Big Creek at all costs. I was leased an apartment with serious safety issues--faulty electrical wiring and a non-functioning stove--that made the unit completely uninhabitable. Management made false promises and showed zero urgency to resolve anything.
