Well, hate to do this but when a local property management and corporate - Rait Residential act so blatantly unethical, I have no choice but to express my displeasure. It's not like I made a Yelp! account to do this either, as all of reviews here are straightforward. I'll cut to the chase. Lived here for almost 3 years and had two different units. Moved in when it was first built in 2014, and only left due to a new job offer recently in Nashville. When we moved out, I signed all documents and left my address on their of... read more

It's disappointing that services have really gone downhill. Trash compactor is broken. It piled up to unsightly amount several weekends ago. Propane tanks are missing/empty under the 3 gas grills, and this has been a month+ issue. These are nice grills when they have gas to function. There is also a fire pit that runs on gas and sadly a common routine is to take the tank from there and use it for the grill area. Residents shouldn't be burdened with this in a "Luxury" apartment setting. Neighbor noise levels are not Luxury-... read more

Heather ( I believe her name was) was awful to work with. She was rude, unhelpful, and could care less about helping residents. Awful experience. There are PLENTY of apartments in alpharetta in the $1,250-$1,500 range.. I recommend picking one where the staff takes pride in their work and community.

I moved into this apartment complex not long after it open. At first this place was great. Quiet, clean, and friendly. When you walked into the office, you were greeted by your name and everyone was super friendly, except for one of the leasing agents, who I think is as personable as a wall. If I could give her name I would, because I think she's just rude and bitchy. My only complaint was that they were always finding reasons to come into your apt and a group of kids who live in the apt complex that are obnoxious. Oh,... read more

They treat residents like criminals Don't expect any maintenance help, I have lived here for 6 months and still waiting for dishwasher to be fixed, garbage disposal to be fixed and my gate code to be fixed. NOT VERY LUXURIOUS since I am the first and only one to live in my apartment. New property management is a SCAM! Trade Street Realty is a scam taking everyones money, don't believe me then Google search, there are so many exposed, unethical, and illegal activities under this management. All automated calls they get drop... read more

Do you love construction sites, inattentive property management and a dictated lifestyle? Then you'll love this place! DO NOT MOVE HERE Cannot believe the lack of attention from property manager Marnie Mess. 4 months with a broken garbage disposal, 6 months of dishwasher not working, and dog crap everywhere. This is only the beginning. Mid lease they changed my agreement and I have not signed a new one. They don't allow you to make utility payments yourself anymore, even though I paid to have them set up and connected. I... read more

I share the experience with the other reviewer. Have the same problem with the manager's lack of action and concern about neighbors upstairs. They have a large dog beyond the policy of the community. I was told to live with it as this is apartment living and while they are in the process of finding a solution. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

so- this place was great until Tracy the previous property manager left. Marnie is a JOKE! When people above you make so much noise that the cords on your ceiling fan swings, or when they wake you up at 6am with dogs running around barking, and the office manager asks you, why haven't YOU gone to see whats going on?? REALLY??! This is YOUR property!!! YOU HANDLE IT. I have complained 3 different times, about these people, and yet nothing has been done. We pay $1520 a month- for a 3 bedroom.. we were the first people in thi... read more

This is a new property but don't just rush into. The office staff are not friendly or care about the residents, the maintenance guy has an attitude all the time. I am in a 3br, the design of the apartment is horrible, cheap materials used in the construction process. No play area for the kids. I will not be renewing my lease.
